The Chief Minister (CM) of Andhra Pradesh Mr. YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy has announced that the welfare schemes started by the government have benefited over 3.5 crore people of the state in a press meeting on 25th May 2020. Mr. YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy also highlighted in the meeting that the government has distributed Rs.
40139 crore rupees among the beneficiaries till May 2020 via welfare schemes. Out of this amount Rs. 19,298 crores were spent to Backward Classes (BC) consumers, Rs. 6,332 crores to the Scheduled Castes (SC) consumers, Rs. 2,108 crores to Scheduled Tribes (ST) consumers, and Rs. 10,472 crores to the other categories of consumers.
That is not enough he also announced that our government has created four lakh job opportunities in village and ward secretariats within four months after coming to power which is a matter of pride that over 82 percent of jobs are secured by SCs, STs, BCs, and minorities.
YSR Amma Voddi
YSR Amma Voddie is one of the flagship programs which is announced by the Hon’ble Chief Minister under Navaratnalu. Under This Scheme, financial assistance will provide to the mothers/ recognized guardian who is below the poverty line, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, and region. The main motive of this scheme is to enable the mother to educate her child/children from class I to XII.
YSR Rice Card
The government has decided to provide rice to those consumers whose family earn less than 10,000 per month in rural areas and 12,000 per month in urban areas, the total landowner is less than 3 acres of wetland or 10 acres of dry land or 10 acres of both wet and dry land together, monthly electricity consumption must be less than 300 units, no one in the family of the consumer is Government employee or pensioner (all sanitary workers are exempted.), 4 wheeler owner will not eligible (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted).
Jagananna Vasathi Deevena Card & Jagananna Vidya Deevena Card
The government has decided to provide Vidya Deevena Card for complete fee reimbursement and Vasathi Deevena Card for food and hostel expenses Rs. 20,000/- per annum to the students pursuing Polytechnic, ITI, Degree and above level courses in Government, Aided, Private Colleges. under this scheme.
Under this scheme, the government has decided to provide help to all those whose annual income is less than 5 lakh, owner of land less than 12 acres of wet or 35 acres of dry or 35 acres of both wet and dry, those will not eligible who have more than one personal car, who owns no property or less than 3000 ft built-up area in an urban area and must not be a government employee.
AP YSR Kapu Nesta
This scheme is made to financially empower Kapu women whose age is above 45 years. Financial assistance will provide Rs.75,000/-at with the rate of Rs.15,000/- per annum by enhancing their livelihood opportunities and living standards.
YSR Navasakam Netanna Nestham
The government has announced to provide financial assistance of Rs. 24000/-per annum to weaver family who owns a handloom under this scheme. The main motive of the government for the scheme is to modernize their equipment and to compete with the power loom sector.
YSR Pension Kanuka Card
The government has launched YSR Pension Kanuka Card to provide a pension for those peoples whose age is above 60 years, family income of the consumer less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs. 12,000/- per month in urban areas, total owner of the land 3 acres of wetland or 10 acres of dry land or 10 acres of both wet and dry land,
the monthly electricity consumption of the consumer is less than 300 units, those peoples will be not eligible who have Government employee or pensioner (all sanitary workers are exempted.), the consumer must not be an owner of 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted), no one is paying income tax and in urban areas who owns no property or less than 750 ft built-up area.
YSR Cheyutha Scheme
The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy has launched YSR Cheyutha Scheme. By this scheme financial assistance of Rs 75000(Rs 18750 every year) will be provided to SC, ST, OBC, and minority communities women for over 4 years.
This financial assistance will be eligible for those women whose age is between 45 years to 65 years. The consumer of this scheme has the freedom to spend their money where ever they want. The government has informed the budget of Rs 17000 crore for the implementation of this scheme.
AP YSR Sunna Vaddi
- Under this scheme, the government has announced the pay interest portion for the FY 2019-20 on the SHG bank loan amount outstanding as of 11/04/2019.

The procedure to know your secretariat at YSR Navasakam is given step by step.
Step 1. At first, the interested applicant has to open the official website of YSR Navasakam.
Step 2. Then you have to go to the “Know Your Secretariat” option available in the menu bar from the home page.
Step 3. After the click, a list will show on your screen from where you can check your district name and choose Urban or Rural.
Step 4. Now you need to select the link given in the column (urban or rural) in front of your district name.
Step 5. And then you have to choose your Mandal name from the list.
Step 6. Now simply select the link, given opposite to your Mandal name, and don’t forget to note down your secretariat code that appears on the screen.

Step 1. To log in to the site at first, you have to open the “http://navasakam.ap.gov.in/” website with the help of the internet.

Step 1. At first, you have to visit the official website of YSR Navasakam.
Step 2. Then you need to click on the link secretariat staff mapping from the home page.
Step 3. After the click, a new will be open in front of you.
Step 4. On this new page, you will see a list of the district.
Step 5. Now you need have to click the link of your district.
Step 6. And then you will be automatically redirected to a new page where there will be a list of Mandal.
Step 7. Now you need to click on the link of your Mandal.
